Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Happy Hour Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bounded by the following Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway and the terms and conditions of any other agreement(s) that you may have entered into with Webull Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (UEN: 202116981M) (“Webull”), a private limited company incorporated under the law of Singapore, having its registered address at 182 Cecil Street, #31-02, Frasers Tower, Singapore 069547. Webull is a Capital Market Services Licence holder under the Securities and Futures Act 2001, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

1. Giveaway Period

1.1. The Giveaway commences on 23 October 2026 and ends on 27 October 2026 at 23:59 SGT ("Giveaway Period").

1.2. Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

1.3. Webull reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or terminate the Giveaway where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Giveaway is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above, including existing Webull customers and individuals who do not hold a Webull account.

2.2. Employees of Webull, its affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.3. Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize during the Giveaway Period.

2.4. Webull reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility and disqualify entries that do not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Participate

3.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

a. Follow Webull's official Instagram account, @sgwebull.

b. Like the official Giveaway Instagram post.

c. Comment their guess for the venue of Webull's next Happy Hour event and tag three (3) different friends they would bring along.

3.2. Participants must complete all three (3) steps to qualify.

3.3. Only participants who correctly guess the upcoming Happy Hour venue will qualify for winner selection.

3.4. Each participant is entitled to one (1) valid entry. Where multiple entries are submitted, only the first eligible entry will be considered.

3.5. Participants must remain followers of @sgwebull until the winners have been verified.

3.6. Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection and Announcement

4.1. A total of thirty (30) winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants who correctly guessed the venue and fulfilled all participation requirements. Each winner will receive two (2) complimentary drink vouchers.

4.2. The lucky draw will be conducted via Instagram Live on Webull's official Instagram account, @sgwebull, on 28 October 2026, at 16:30 SGT.

4.3. Each eligible participant may be selected only once.

4.4. Winners will be announced during the livestream on 28 October 2026 and notified via Instagram Direct Message from Webull's official Instagram account, @sgwebull, within three (3) days of the draw.

4.5. Selected winners must respond within three (3) calendar days of receiving the notification and provide a valid email address, along with any other information reasonably required for eligibility verification and the delivery of their complimentary drink vouchers via email.

4.6. Failure to respond within the stipulated period or provide the required information may result in forfeiture of the prize. Webull reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

4.7. Webull reserves the right to withhold prizes from participants who fail to satisfy the Giveaway requirements.

5. Prize Details

5.1. A total of thirty (30) winners will each receive two (2) complimentary drink vouchers, amounting to sixty (60) complimentary drink vouchers awarded under the Giveaway.

5.2. Each drink voucher entitles its holder to redeem one (1) eligible complimentary drink at either Chimi’s or Chimichanga (collectively referred to as the "Participating Establishments"). Vouchers may be redeemed at any time up to and including their respective expiry dates, subject to the Participating Establishments' operating hours and applicable terms and conditions.

5.3. Drink vouchers will be distributed digitally via email to confirmed winners. Redemption instructions will be provided together with the vouchers.

5.4. Vouchers are valid until the expiry date indicated on each voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted for redemption.

5.5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other benefits.

5.6. Voucher redemption is subject to beverage availability, eligible drink selections, redemption restrictions and other applicable terms and conditions imposed by the Participating Establishments.

5.7. Alcoholic beverages may only be served to individuals aged 18 years and above. The Participating Establishments may require proof of age and reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable laws and responsible service practices.

5.8. Unused or expired vouchers will not be refunded, extended or replaced, except where required by law.

5.9. Webull Singapore reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equivalent or greater value where necessary and permitted by law.

5.10. In the event that there are fewer than thirty (30) eligible participants, any unallocated prizes may remain unawarded.

5.11. Winners are responsible for complying with the Participating Establishments' applicable terms and conditions when redeeming their vouchers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Webull Singapore shall not be responsible for operational restrictions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control arising from the Participating Establishments' redemption policies.

5.12. The Participating Establishments' terms and conditions shall govern the redemption and provision of beverages, while participation in the Giveaway and winner selection shall remain subject to Webull Singapore's Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

6. Rights Granted by Participants

6.1. By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that Webull may collect and use their Instagram usernames and relevant personal information for administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.

6.2. Winners' Instagram usernames may be published on Webull's official social media channels for the purpose of announcing Giveaway results.

6.3. Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Webull's applicable Privacy Notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Webull and its affiliates shall not be responsible for:

a. Technical malfunctions, network interruptions or social media platform issues affecting participation in the Giveaway.

b. Incomplete, lost, delayed or inaccessible entries or winner notifications.

c. Losses or damages arising from circumstances beyond Webull's reasonable control in connection with participation or prize fulfilment.

d. Event changes, cancellations or venue-related disruptions beyond Webull's reasonable control.

7.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

8. General Terms and Conditions

8.1. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

8.2. Webull reserves the right to determine participant eligibility, validate entries and resolve disputes relating to the Giveaway, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

8.3. Webull reserves the right to disqualify participants found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive or inappropriate conduct.

8.4. Participants shall bear any internet, telecommunications or incidental charges incurred when participating in the Giveaway.

8.5. In the event of discrepancies between these Terms and Conditions and other promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, subject to applicable law.

8.6. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

8.7. Nothing in this Giveaway constitutes an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities or other investment products. Participation does not require opening a brokerage account, depositing funds or performing any trading activity.

8.8 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Singapore. The participants in this Giveaway agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the participant’s jurisdiction.

8.9. This advertisement has not been reviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
