Responsibilities

Developing and maintain the IT/IS policies, processes, operational procedures and process implementation.

Lead and support the risk governance and oversight of information security risk and digital risks matters.

Designing, driving and implementing a security strategy that support the Company objectives and critical assets.

Carry out the review, assessment and compliance check on IT controls and identify non-compliance and work with stakeholders to remediate the non-compliance areas.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant qualification.

Minimum 5 Years of relevant IT Risk and Control experience within the banking/Financial Services industries.

CISA, CISM, CISSP or other IT governance and security professional qualification.

Experience in brokerage business processes, technology, operations and regulations (MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines).

PRODUCT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Align Business, Technology, and UX to deliver high quality digital products.

Execute strategic roadmaps, growth development, launches, and marketing for high product optimisation.

Translate product strategies into high level requirements for development and implementation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project status, resolve implementation issues and mitigate risks/dependencies timely.

Support in the delivery of projects, prepare and develop proper documentations.

Ensure smooth product/project delivery and BAU operations internally and externally.

Assess consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships for differentiation and positioning to assist in developing product roadmaps.

Contribute to the achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or highly knowledgeable in Investment and Banking, Financial Services or Digital Products/Platforms.

Possess a keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market.

Working experience of more than 3 years as part of a digital finance product team.

Individual who is highly adaptable, a self-initiator and an action-oriented team player.

Good project management skills with attention to details, ability to multi-task and work within timelines.

Have the drive and commitment to follow through in succeeding in a competitive market environment.

Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.

IT ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

Read and keep abreast with developments in technology and security related regulations and guidelines including the following:

  • Computer Misuse Act
  • MAS Guidelines (Outsourcing, Business Continuity Management and Technology Risk Management)
  • Group IT Policy

Coordinate IT Audit activities and follow-up action plan.

Ensure all regulatory and IT audit points are addressed to respective IT departments within a given timelines.

Ensure all required documents and actions related to MAS TRM are performed.

Performs other job duties and functions as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years working experience in technology risks and controls.

Possess good understanding of regulatory knowledge.

Strong understanding of technology risks faced by financial institutions.

As the company is licensed to deal in securities, collective investment schemes, the candidate should be able to perform end-to-end trade settlement, knowledge of corporate action of Equities, Mutual funds, Options.

Check and verify all securities/trade transactions are completed, settlements instructions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Review all trade matching reports and ensure all failed trades are promptly resolved.

Ensure funding sufficiency for trade settlement.

Processing of Settlement/Corporate action events in an accurate, timely manner and adhere to deadlines.

Reconciliation trade/shares, corporate actions.

Identifying gaps, ensuring controls are implemented to close those gaps, review operational risk and put-up recommendation with timely updating of standard operating procedures.

Interpret data and make necessary recommendations for the launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms.

Adhering to control procedures, manage the escalation and seek to resolve all requests/inquiries/issues/errors, identify policy gaps and formulate policies to streamline processes.

Participate in project initiatives and take up ad hoc tasks as required. Timely updates of standard operating procedures (SOP).

This job will experience a rotation of roles within the Operations team. Might need to go on routine shift work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Equities or Derivatives in either the retail or institutional business.

Trade support/settlement experience in either stockbroking firms, custodian/banks or clearinghouse.

Possess knowledge and experience in ETF/Options/ Mutual funds.

Understands the entire trade flow from front to back and the reconciliation process.

Knowledge of payment and receipts skillsets.

Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task well.

Fluent in Mandarin & English (verbal & written) is a must as communication with counterparts based in China is essential.
