HEAD OF MARKETING & PARTNERSHIPS

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the offline marketing, communication and branding strategy.

Initiate & execute locally-relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives, in-line with the local brand strategy.

Support performance marketing with insights, bridging with product, operations, and customer service, to unlock new ways of reaching customers.

Leverage data and local insights to propose product optimizations in line with specific local market needs.

Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity weekly.

Mentor and develop marketing, user acquisition and investor education teams.

Handle all relevant marketing budgets ensuring components are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Support in the development and management of collaborative partnerships (both media and non-media) and sponsorships, including the execution of deliverables.

Ensure the effective distribution of marketing materials, both print and online to relevant markets and audience.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in marketing or growth and a proven track-record of successfully scaling B2C tech companies especially in the FinTech arena.

Advanced analytical skills and the ability to take data-informed decisions.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in working cross-functionally to deliver the best results for the business.

Fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing global business that requires creativity, fast learning and out of the box thinking.

Excellent interpersonal, communicative, consultation, and negotiation skills with fluency in both English and Chinese is required for communication with counterparts in China.

Demonstrated experience in marketing and communications strategic planning and campaign delivery.

PRODUCT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Align Business, Technology, and UX to deliver high quality digital products.

Execute strategic roadmaps, growth development, launches, and marketing for high product optimisation.

Translate product strategies into high level requirements for development and implementation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project status, resolve implementation issues and mitigate risks/dependencies timely.

Support in the delivery of projects, prepare and develop proper documentations.

Ensure smooth product/project delivery and BAU operations internally and externally.

Assess consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships for differentiation and positioning to assist in developing product roadmaps.

Requirements

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Check and verify all securities/trade transaction are completed, settlements instructions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Review all trade matching report and ensure all failed trades are promptly resolved.

Ensure funding sufficiency for trade settlement.

Processing of Corporate action events in an accurate, timely and adhere to deadlines.

Reconciliation Cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely manner.

Adhering to control procedures, identifying gaps and ensuring controls are implemented to close those gaps.

Support change by assisting in devising and implementing improved processes.

Participating in project initiatives and taking up ad hoc tasks as required.

This job will have routing of role within Operations.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in settlement/trade support/Middle office in either stockbroking firms, custodian/banks or clearing house.

Possess knowledge and experience in Equities/ ETF/ Options and client onboarding process a plus.

Understands the entire trade flow from front to back, reconciliation and Corporate action.

Fluency in Mandarin & English (verbal & written) is a must and need to be comfortable speaking Mandarin, as there is daily engagement with Chinese counterparts in China.

UAT TEST ANALYST

Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and UAT deliverables.

Design, develop and document detailed test plans and cases.

Coordinate, manage and track the progress of UAT until completion and ensure alignment of timeline.

Execute test cases, document test results, raise and retest defects/bugs till test cases are closed/passed.

Provide UAT status reports and updates, and escalate issues that may impact the UAT schedule.

Perform sanity checks and regression testing by executing a defined set of test cases to validate basic application flows.

Work closely with the IT team to resolve any defects/deviations timely and effectively.

Ensuring product quality standards are met.

Any other ad hoc matters as assigned.

Requirements

Preferably with at least 1-year experience with UAT testing in large-scale finance institutions/systems.

Possesses some knowledge in Financial Services/ Trading & Investment Services/ Digital Products & Platforms.

Strong multi-tasking abilities and time management skills.

Detail-oriented and accountable individual.

Experienced in using defect management tool JIRA.

Self-initiator with good teamwork, interpersonal skills, and keen learning attitude.

IT ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE
