Why has my odd lot (unit share) order not been filled?

Please note that the price displayed in the app refers to the board lot price, which may differ from the odd lot (unit share) price. Odd lot markets may have wider spreads and lower liquidity, resulting in prices that can differ significantly from board lot prices.

Therefore, even if the board lot price has fallen below your specified order price, your unit share order may not be filled if the unit share market price has not reached your specified price. Your order will only be filled when there is a matching unit share price and sufficient liquidity at your specified price.

To check the current Unit Share bid and ask prices:

1. Open the stock's Order Book in the app.

2. At the top-right corner of the Order Book, look for the lot-selection icon (building icon).

3. Tap the icon to open the lot-selection menu.

4. The menu will show Board Lot and Unit Share.

5. Select Unit Share to switch the Order Book view.

6. Check the displayed bid and ask prices for Unit Shares. These prices provide a more accurate reference when placing or reviewing your Unit Share order.

Note: Always refer to the Unit Share Order Book when checking the price of an odd lot order, rather than relying on the Board Lot price displayed by default.
