Does Webull support Voluntary Corporate Action?

Yes. Webull Singapore supports selected Voluntary Corporate Actions (VCA) for securities listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

Supported VCA services for SGX-listed securities include:

- Rights issue subscription/exercise

- Warrants exercise

- Tender offers

- Dividend Payment/Scrip Election

Note:

1) Voluntary Corporate Actions for other markets, including US, HK, and CN-listed securities, are not supported.

2) Margin or Cash held in Moneybull is not eligible for voluntary corporate actions that require a debit of funds. Moneybull funds must be redeemed and settled before submitting your request in for such voluntary corporate actions.
