US and SG Exchange listed Stocks and Exchange-Traded Funds (“ETFs”) are supported for Shares Transfer In.

1. The following are not supported for Shares Transfer In from another brokerage (for US):

a. OTC Symbols

b. Options Position

d. Fractional Shares in the US Market

e. Penny Stocks

2. The following are not supported for Shares Transfer In from another brokerage (for SG):

a. Shares in CDP (Central Depositary)

Note:

• Penny Stocks include US Exchange listed Stocks and ETFs with a prior day closing price less than USD 5, or a market capitalization less than USD 300 million.

• The minimum threshold for US Shares transfer in is USD 5,000.

• The minimum threshold for SG shares transfer in is SGD 7,500.

• HK and China A shares are not supported for Shares Transfer In.
