When will a forced liquidation occur?

A forced liquidation will occur in the following scenarios:

1. A margin call is not met by the stipulated deadline; or

2. When the margin account's Net Account Value (NAV) falls to or below the Forced Sell requirement.

Please refer to your margin call notice that will be sent to you through the Webull App and email for the margin call amount and the stipulated deadline.
