How do I open an account?

You can open an account through the Webull App.

If you’re a Singapore Citizen (SC), Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) or a Foreigner with Singpass, you can open your account using Singpass to shorten the process.

However, you’ll need to complete the in-app application manually if you do not have access to Singpass.
