The following terms and disclaimers cover all data and information (“Data”) provided on Webull’s mobile application, desktop application, website, and any other product or service (collectively, “Applications”) provided by Webull Technologies Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (“Webull”). Data includes, but is not limited to, market data from different exchanges, fundamental data such as financial reports, analysis, corporate action, and news reports.

Data on the Applications is provided by third-party service providers, and Webull is not involved in preparing or editing, nor does it explicitly or implicitly endorse or approve any Data. The third-party service providers do not explicitly or implicitly endorse or approve the Data of other third parties, nor do they give investment advice or advocate the purchase or sale of any security or investment. Webull and third-party service providers do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any Data. Webull does not bear any legal liability to the user for any loss or damage arising from the delay, error, inaccuracy, or omission of any Data.

Users should use Data on Webull’s Applications in accordance with the policies of Webull and the third-party service providers, as well as applicable local laws, rules, and regulations. No content on Webull’s Applications may be reproduced, stored, modified, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means (including digital, electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording or otherwise), without the prior written permission of Webull.

While Webull makes every attempt to provide accurate and timely Data to serve the needs of its users, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or applicability of the Data. Data provided in the Applications does not constitute investment advice. Users are solely responsible for the consequences of any actions taken in response to the Data and Webull does not bear any legal liability for such actions.

Webull does not bear legal liability for any malfunction of the user’s own network or device, or for any delay, suspension or interruption of the Data disseminated by any securities exchange or third-party service provider.

Webull does not bear any legal liability for service interruptions or losses to the user due to a “force majeure” event, such as a flood, extraordinary weather conditions, earthquake or other act of God, fire, war, insurrection, riot, labor dispute, accident, government action, communications or power failure, equipment or software malfunction.

Webull will make all reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of service interruptions caused by system maintenance and updates, and retains the right to suspend or terminate part of or the whole of its network services without prior notice to users. Webull does not bear any legal liability for any loss arising from any service suspension or termination.

Third-party Data provided on Webull’s Applications do not reflect the views of Webull. The Webull product features are designed for informational purposes only and are not intended to serve as recommendations to customers to buy or sell any securities in their self-directed accounts.

You acknowledge and agree that you have accepted the following terms before using Webull Data:

1. Nasdaq, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Nasdaq”) shall not be liable to users, regardless of the cause (unless resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Nasdaq) or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or inauthenticity of the market data, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to users, or for any claim or loss arising therefrom or occasioned thereby.

2. New York Stock Exchange LLC (“NYSE”) does not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness of market data or of other market information or messages disseminated, nor should NYSE be liable in any way for any inaccuracy, error or delay, or omission, any loss or damage, to any “force majeure” or to any other cause beyond the reasonable control.

3. HKEX Information Services Limited, its holding companies and/or any subsidiaries of such holding companies endeavour to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided but do not guarantee its accuracy or reliability and accept no liability (whether in tort or contract or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising from any inaccuracies or omissions.

4. OTC data is provided by OTC Markets Group. The information that OTC Markets directly or indirectly provides is provided “as is”, and there are no warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory.

5. Options Price Reporting Authority, LLC (“OPRA”) does not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness of any OPRA data, and neither OPRA shall be liable in any way to users whatsoever for any loss, damage, cost or expense which may arise out of any failure of performance by OPRA, or from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omissions of, any OPRA data, or in the transmission or delivery thereof, whether or not due to any negligent act or omission on the part of OPRA. In no event shall OPRA be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, or damages resulting from inconvenience, or loss of use of any OPRA data.

6. Hang Sang Indexes Company Limited (“HSIL”) ensures the accuracy to the best of its endeavours. However, HSIL does not guarantee the accuracy and accepts no liability (whether in tort or contract or otherwise) for any damages or loss arising from inaccuracies or omissions.

7. Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc., S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC, their affiliates, and any of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, consultants, and licensors shall have no liability to: i) any delay, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or interruption of any kind in relation to the information or for any resulting loss or damage; or ii) loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to or misuse of information.

8. Cboe Data Services, LLC (“CDS”) shall not be liable for any inaccurate or incomplete data received from CDS, any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions in the furnishing thereof, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from or occasioned by said inaccuracies, delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions.

9. Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd. (SSIC) shall make adequate business efforts to make the market data complete, timely and accurate. However, neither SZSE nor SSIC will be liable to users for: i) any inaccuracy, interruption, error or delay in, or omission of market data or the transmission or delivery of such market data, or ii) any loss or damage arising out of or in relation to any such inaccuracy, interruption, error, delay or omission.

10. China Investment Information Services Ltd. and Shanghai Stock Exchange shall not be liable to users or any person claiming in respect of consequential, economic or any other loss or damage arising from any act, omission, mistake, delay or interruption in any information or in the transmission of any market data.

11. Market data provided by TMX Group Limited (“TMX”) is for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. TMX does not guarantee the sequence, accuracy, or completeness of any market data, and is not liable or responsible in any way for any delays, inaccuracies, or errors in any information or in the transmission of any market data.

12. CNSX Markets Inc., its affiliates, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and other representatives, shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to you for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or other liability or claim of any nature caused by or based upon any unavailability, interruption, delay, incompleteness or inaccuracy of market data, or any error or omission in the collecting, recording, processing, storing, making available for supply or supplying of market data.

13. Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (“TSE”), its officers and employees, agents or any person appointed by TSE shall not be liable for any damage caused to you due to your use of market data, error, stagnation, omission or interruption of the market data and so forth unless such damage is due to intentional act or gross negligence of TSE.

14. Some market data provided by ASX Limited is delayed data. Neither ASX nor its affiliates will be liable to you or any third party for any losses of the use of market data, or delays and interruptions in transmission of market data.

15. Market data provided by Singapore Exchange Limited have not been verified, considered, or assessed and they are provided to users on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Your use of the market data is at your own risk.

16. Market data from Bursa Malaysia Information Sdn Bhd. is provided on an “as is” basis without any representations or warranties of any kind. Bursa Malaysia Berhad and the Bursa Malaysia group of companies disclaim any liability of the consequences of any errors or omissions.
